Childline can help with most aspects of mental health, well-being, bullying, relationships and sex, abuse, friendships and more. It also offers online support 24/7. 

The NSPCC has plenty of advice on bringing up children, children's mental health and online safety and abuse.

Exercise

Our learners often talk to us about mental health issues around self-image, weight, concentration, worry and tiredness. Exercise is proven to help with all of these. 60 minutes or more of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity daily will make a big difference.
